My Journey

Growing up on a busy farm with my parents and twin brother, my family had little time to sit down and relax. When we did, we often turned to games like Mario Party and Wii Sports. Later, when it was just me and my brother with free time, it was often Call of Duty: Black Ops.

I spent most of my high school years watching YouTubers like Markiplier and Jacksepticeye. Seeing how the games they played impacted them and how much the stories made them feel made me realise how much games had been a part of my life and that I wanted to move people similarly.

For me, there is no feeling more incredible than having a player express a raw emotion while playing a game you created, whether that emotion is happiness, sadness, fear or anything in between. Giving players fair representation through the characters and worlds I make fills me with a sense of joy I can’t fully describe, and bringing light to issues that affect humanity through my games fills me with a sense of purpose.

All I hope to do is inspire people with my stories like I was inspired.
